You know the tribunal system? Where real people judge reports? That shit WORKS bro.
Valve meanwhile, turn up, and like the pack of engineers that they are, think that machines can do the job better.
So what does this mean? It means that any of your reports, for any reason on another player are handled by a program rather than a person. There's no context, there's no reasoning involved. Anyone can be reported for anything.
However, what this ends up meaning is that with my 15 dota 2 invites, I can have 16 dota accounts, all with 3 reports per week on someone.
With no-one actually checking things, I can get someone demoted to LPQ for a long long time or muted for a week.
Who thought this was a good idea?
