Attacks Take Place In Tokyo, Millions Thought Dead

In the early hours of this morning, Tokyo residents awoke to find their city currently under devastating attacks. Structures had been toppled in a matter of moments, roads crushed under the might of an ungodly amount of force. There was confusion and panic amongst the smoke and debris as fires broke out and whole swathes of the city were reduced to dust by a titan of force that seems unstoppable.

The attacks were foreseen by the Japanese military, who built 40-meter electrical towers around the capital to prevent the enemy from advancing inwards, but these were to no avail. The enemy tore through these defences with an atomic spread weapon that reduced these mighty pillars to nothing but ash in a matter of minutes.

Left defenceless and with the Japanese military unable to produce damage upon the encroaching enemy, Tokyo was ruthlessly attacked. Japanese fighter jets attempted to deal with the enemy in a swift and effective manner, but they proved useless as the creature dived into the Tokyo bay.

The death toll is thought to be in the millions, with hospitals filled with wounded and dying. There seemed to be little in the way of mercy displayed, with children, men, women and children all killed. Many showed signs of advanced radiation poisoning.

The giant lizard that brought upon these attacks has yet to be named or given a nationality. Some believe he is of North Korean origin, while others believe he is the late by-product of the American nuclear strikes against Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Japanese Minister of Defense Itsunori Onodera spoke of the attacks, saying "If we don't defend ourselves from this beast now, what will become of us?"

Speaking for the country, US president Barack Obama said "I cannot imagine an attack like this occurring on US soil. If it did, it would likely be boring and lame."

It is thought Japan is preparing some kind of device to destroy the enemy who is currently believed to be underwater. The death toll is still being counted, but so far this appears to have been a massive blow to the Asian nation.
