I'd like to start by saying that if this thread is in any way inappropriate I apologise. As far as I can tell I'm not breaking any rules and am in fact conducting a useful survey.
So, my question is fairly simple. Do you feel that homophobia, sexism, racism and other forms of bigotry are a problem in our community? Do you think instances of these are suitably punished by the Mods? Are the Mods too lenient or too strict in your opinion? It has come to my attention that quite a few people are disatisfied with the way moderation regarding bigotted posts is conducted and I was wondering how widespread these feeling are.
EDIT: Just a reminder, this thread is specifically relating to the forum's attitude toward minorities and whether you feel offensive sentiments that generalise an entire sex, race or other group are adequately dealt with. There are a few posters commenting on Mod enforcement of low content posts and so on. That's not what this thread is about.
EDIT 2: Seriously guys please take discussion of low content rules elsewhere.
