Best single level/section of any game

This question is not a broad "which game is best," but what sections really stood out to you in a game for being particularly excellent? It could be an amazing part of an otherwise terrible game, or the pinnacle of a good one.
For instance, my favorite section of any game is Surface Tension from the original Half Life. That part is pure adrenaline mixed with "thank God I'm finally freaking outside."
